About Sankya Vigyan
An Academic body named as Gujarat Statistical Association was Established by internationally reputed veteran statistician late Professor Dr. C.G.Khatri in1969. Dr. Khatri was Professor and Head of the Department of Statistics, Gujarat University, situated at Ahmedabad in Gujarat State in India. He placed the department and Gujarat University on world map later on in 1974, GSA become a registered body (Registration no.E2502) as per public First ACT of 1950 (Bombay).
